NAPIT are holding their annual EXPO event for 2013 in June this year.
Amongst the exhibitors will be a number of familiar companies and some new ones too. Confirmed exhibitors at the event include Aico, Amtech, Brother, Buy with Confidence, Eco Skies, Fluke, Grant UK, Kewtech, Martindale Electric, Megger, Metrel, NVC Lighting, Testo, Trustmark and Wera Tools. There are sure to be some others confirming in the next few weeks and NAPIT are promising to give plenty of information on their new electrician’s register ElectricSafe.
Also, they are bringing back the Q and A sessions which proved to be extremely popular last year and are set to discuss some of the most important issues facing the industry at the moment. Prior to the Q and A sessions there will be a brief presentation before the topic is opened up for discussion.
One of the sessions features the IET’s Richard Townsend who will discuss the latest version of the IET Code of Practice. This will be alongside other events such as the future of renewable energy and solar PV technology as well as the Green Deal.
There will also be events which aim to help electrical industry professionals promote their businesses and information on Trading Standards and electrical safety.
With the event being free entry, it is certain to attract a wide range of industry professionals and provide a wide range of information for electrical contractors.
