Martindale HandyPAT HPAT600/2 PAT Tester Description

This is one of a new range of PAT Testers from Martindale. The Martindale HandyPAT HPAT600/2 PAT Tester is jam-packed full of features found on more expensive PAT Testers, like the ability to set your own pass and fail limits.

The Martindale HandyPAT HPAT600/2 PAT Tester is capable of performing 250V insulation tests, as well as 500V insulation tests, so you are able to check surge protected extension leads and adaptors easily. It is ideal for testing IT equipment and carries out a 200mA earth bond test.

Another feature of the Martindale HPAT600/2 is the ability to carry out testing automatically or manually. In manual mode, you will see a diagram presented on how to carry out the test. You will also be required to confirm the completion of each stage by pressing an 'OK' button. The new backlit, high-contrast screen displays all of the readings as well as a PASS or FAIL indication.

This tester also has a small memory to store up to 200 test results which can be read back on the screen to write down after testing. Please note that you cannot download data from this PAT Tester.
