All appliances tested must - in accordance with the IET Code of Practice - be labelled accordingly. These labels are an essential for day-to-day PAT testing and are made from high quality vinyl to ensure that once they're attached, they stay attached.
Each label roll comes with a total of 500 labels.

Blank Fields
These labels include space for the test engineer to enter their own information. The fields are:
- Appliance ID - a unique identifier to help locate appliances
- Pass Date - the date the test took place
- Retest Date - set a date for when the appliance should next be tested
- Test Engineer - enter your name or initials
- Fuse Amp Rating - rating of the appliance's fuse
