The Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester – PAT Essentials Kit (Bundle 1) consists of the Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester supplied with the standard manufacturer’s accessories, and a variety of additional PAT testing accessories including adapters, labels and a microwave leakage detector. Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester Description

The Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester is a downloadable portable appliance tester optimised for checking Class I, Class II and Class III appliances. It is therefore ideal for checking a vast majority of appliances found in hotels, schools and other public establishments.

To this end, it includes a selection of pre-programmed test sequences optimised for checking a variety of specific appliances. These test sequences can be run using the AUTOSEQUENCES® function. Further to this, the Metrel MI3360 includes integrated filters which ensure that the test sequences are relevant to the area of application; these filters also make it easier for the user to select the most appropriate test sequence.

The Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester is capable of performing the following checks:

When used with the OPTIONAL Metrel A1422 Active 3-phase Adapter, the Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester is suitable for checking welding equipment in compliance with IEC/ EN 60974-4. Additionally, this tester includes a testing module for checking all fuse types and features test terminals for checking hard-wired devices.

It is also possible to create personalised AUTOSEQUENCES® and test structures using the above tests. These personalised sequences can be uploaded to the Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester using the included Metrel ES Manager BASIC Software. Alternatively, they can be saved to and easily recalled from the 8GB, microSD memory card. Test results can also be saved to the microSD memory card. It is easy to recall information from the 8GB microSD card as a result of its intelligently designed memory structure; subsequently, this makes conducting periodic re-tests of particular appliances quick and easy.

Alternatively, the efficiency with which re-tests can be conducted may be increased using the Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester’s Bluetooth capabilities. Via Bluetooth, the user can connect the PAT tester to either Metrel’s aMESM Android SW App (NOT included) or a compatible Metrel Bluetooth QR Scanner (NOT included) to read QR codes. The test information contained within these codes is then used to populate the Metrel MI3360’s test setup. Once all the checks have been completed the results and any other new test information can be written into a QR code which can then be printed onto a label using a compatible Metrel Bluetooth QR Label Printer (NOT included).

However; the Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester has also been designed to make the manual entry of test information simple and quick. To this end, it includes a high-resolution, touch-screen, 4.3-inch, TFT display and a keyboard, as well as an advanced user interface.

Further to this, the Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester is able to support multiple user accounts. As such, a number of electricians can configure the PAT tester to include test setups necessary for his/her workload. These specific test setups are then saved to the user’s account (along with test results), ensuring that they remain unaltered while the Metrel MI3360 OmegaPAT XA PAT Tester is used by another individual.

Finally, recorded test results and the included Metrel ES Manager BASIC Software can be used to create professional reports.
