Purchase orders are a common way of ordering and paying for goods and many schools, local authorities, colleges, universities, councils, government departments and the NHS all have accounts with PAT testers to order goods in this way.

The advantage of using a purchase order is that you always have a record of what has been ordered and is important for keeping track of your inventory, forecasting work and creating reports on your business. This is especially important when you are ordering goods for many different jobs from many different places.

PAT Testers offer a 30 day invoicing service for accounts, which are easy to set up with a short phone call or email. A simple credit form will be filled in and once this has been cleared, any goods you wish to order can be dispatched.

Once your account has been set up, it will be a straight forward process for you to send through your purchase order and buy goods in this way on future occasions.
