Note: the miniPAT is not a full PAT tester. We recommend this product for use in checking your appliances' electrical safety in between official PAT testing.
The smallest, quickest and easiest way to check your appliances for electrical safety!
Designed as an accompanying instrument for use in the time period between official PAT testing procedures, the miniPAT evaluates all basic aspects of electrical safety to ensure that your appliances continue to be safe to use. It can be used with a variety of different appliances, including Class I, Class II, IT equipment, extension leads and other lead types (requires optional 4mm Socket IEC Adaptor Kit - sold separately).
Using the miniPAT couldn't be simpler; just plug in your appliance, make a connection as necessary and the instrument will evaluate the earth and insulation of the connected appliance. If the appliance's earth/insulation is within the specified parameters, it will shine a green LED light indicator for each. If not, a red LED indicator alerts you to a problem with the appliance and that it has failed.
