PrimeTest 50 PAT Tester Kit 3 with Microwave Leakage Detector Overview
These PAT Testers offer great flexibility as there is no need to plug them into a mains socket.

Seaward PrimeTest 50 PAT Tester description
If you want a simple pass or fail PAT tester, and you want it to be small, light and battery powered then you want the PrimeTest 50 PAT Tester from Seaward. Hand held, and simple read pass / fail read outs make this an idea tester for any beginner.
To complete the three standard tests, earthed appliance, mains cord testing or test a double insulated appliance then you can do so easily with the PrimeTest 50. Simply choose the correct test through the three easy to use buttons on the front of the PAT tester, and it will automatically carry out the PAT test for you and display the result, a pass or fail, on the digital mono-tone display.
The PrimeTest 50 has a set ‘PASS’ mark set up automatically. So when it comes to testing long extension cables and earthed appliances with long cables, the PrimeTest 50 may return a failed result due to the strict settings. However if you need to be able to test these products then you may want to invest in a more advanced PAT tester like the PrimeTest 100 from Seaward.
Most basic PAT testers are robust, but the Seaward PrimeTest 50 is like it’s sister Seaward PrimeTest PAT testers and has a tough outer shell that is rugged enough to take every day knocks and tumbles that a usual PAT testing day can present.
