GammaPAT MI3311 Pro PAT Tester Kit 2 with Leakage Detector Overview
These PAT Testers offer great flexibility as there is no need to plug them into a mains socket.
PAT Testers with an inbuilt lead length calculator for long cables and extension leads will save a lot of headaches.
Generally, PAT Testers with a memory can be downloaded to reporting software. This can then be made into reports.

The Earth Bond Test (Earth Continuity Test) is carried out on all earthed appliances. An Earth Bond Test shows whether the earth conductor is in a satisfactory condition.
This PAT Tester is suitable for testing IT and electronic equipment with a low current Earth Bond Test (usually either 100mA or 200mA).

Metrel GammaPAT Pro MI3311 PAT Tester description
Metrel’s tester, the Gamma PAT Pro, is the only tester available that comes with a Calibration Checkbox. This aids your compliance with the IEE codes of practice by allowing you to check the accuracy of the portable appliance tester.
The two different modes of operation allow the choice of either, Class I, Class II or IEC lead/extension-lead test, in simple mode, and calculating the resistance of long cables in auto mode.
The Gamma PAT Pro has the upgrade kit included, allowing you to download the testing information to a computer.
This tester is battery powered with an inbuilt charger and has a Green and Red LED light system making it very easy to use in difficult testing areas.
