These PAT Testers offer great flexibility as there is no need to plug them into a mains socket.
PAT Testers without memory require you to record results in a PAT Log Book. Results can be manually typed into software to create reports.

The Earth Bond Test (Earth Continuity Test) is carried out on all earthed appliances. An Earth Bond Test shows whether the earth conductor is in a satisfactory condition.
This PAT Tester is suitable for testing IT and electronic equipment with a low current Earth Bond Test (usually either 100mA or 200mA).

Description
The Seaward PrimeTest 50 is a simple Pass/Fail PAT Tester for anyone wanting a simple and easy device to get them started. With a simplified range of tests, the PrimeTest 50 is light and portable.
Using the PrimeTest 50 couldn’t be easier. When on, choose an Earthed Appliance, Double Insulated Appliance or Mains cord test, and the PrimeTest 50 will automatically run through the correct test sequence. Once complete it will display a simple PASS or FAIL on the display screen.
Like other basic PAT testers, the PrimeTest 50 has set ‘pass’ marks. So when testing longer extension leads/cables or earthed devices with longer cables then the unit may display a fail when the device should actually be a pass. If you think this is going to be an issue, then you need to look at the next model up, the Seaward PrimeTest 100 PAT Tester.
The PrimeTest 50 has a rugged case that can with stand the usual day to day knocks and bumps of PAT testing.
